         <subscription>mailto:[hidden email]</subscription>
         <subscription>mailto:[hidden email]</subscription>
      </subscriptions>

Hi Senuwan,

Do you get any errors when trying to send an email? If you get authentication errors you should use app password [1] for the axis2 email configuration.

Thanks,
Praminda

According to the configuration the email is sent only if the value passed for ENGINE_CAPACITY is less than 10. As Praminda said do you observe any exceptions in logs? If so can you please post them.,
